Listen Up, Michelle!

One of my besties is starting to get tired of her condo.  It's a beautiful little space with lots of natural light, but it has no character.


It's got your typical builder beige walls and white mouldings, baseboards and trims.


Oh and nice beige carpet.


I have the perfect vision for her home...it's convincing her that's the problem.  She wants my help, but doesn't like my opinion. 


And if you know me, I don't back down very well.  I'm sort of pushy with my opinions and ideas. 


I thought if I start sharing some of my "ideas" with her, she'll come around and see what I'm seeing...I will not give up until she caves!!!


Um...I mean...we will come to a mutual understanding on what would work best for her and her home and I'll be the supportive best friend that helps her bring her home to life.


I've given her two "projects" to start with....ripping out the carpet and painting the walls.


I'd like to see her put some dark hardwood in and paint the walls white.
